If you intend to use FertilityCare​, schedule an online or office session. Your first session will give you enough information to begin charting the very next day! After your first session, we typically have 8 sessions in the first year to provide you with individualized support and instruction.

The Exploratory Session is perfect for those exploring NFP options. This phone call or online meeting gives you the opportunity to ask about the Creighton Model FertilityCare and how it compares with other methods.

Payments

Contact me for your insurance code to check on insurance coverage. 
I work with The Creighton Model Education Foundation, INC to ensure everyone can use Creighton, regardless of financial circumstance!

Sessions are only $35 each.  The Personal Fertility Kit should be purchased at the Introductory Session and costs $30.
Online sessions also need to purchase a User Picture Dictionary ($30) plus $10 for shipping

1st Year Package $300-includes The Introductory Session, 8 Follow-up Sessions, Personal Fertility Kit and one refill (save $60!).
Online 1st Year Package $350-includes everything in 1st Year Package plus User Picture Dictionary and all shipping fees.

FertilityCare Introductory Session-1 hour

FertilityCare Introductory Sessions are for anyone interested in learning the Creighton Model. Significant others, moms and friends are all welcome.

Not Your Grandma's Family Planning is for anyone interested in how the natural methods compare with the artificial methods in effectiveness, cost and side effects.

The optional second hour is a FertilityCare Introductory Session.

The Wonder of Eve-1 hour

The Wonder of Eve is a fresh and engaging presentation, helping young women understand how naturally amazing their bodies are and the impact their choices have on their future health and fertility. This presentation is designed for high school girls to attend with their moms.
